TrustVerify's Identity Verification module combines document authenticity, OCR, MRZ checksum validation, face matching, and liveness detection into a single API call. Decisions land in under 5 seconds for the vast majority of requests.

All processing runs through our open-source signal architecture — no upstream supplier is named in any response. Tenants own their data, biometrics are encrypted at rest with per-tenant DEKs, and erasure is cryptographic.

Which document types do you support?

Passports, national ID cards, driving licences, and residence permits from 200+ jurisdictions are supported out-of-the-box.

How long do you keep the biometric data?

Biometric blobs are encrypted with a per-tenant data-encryption key and purged after the tenant's retention window expires (default 180 days). Erasure is cryptographic — the key is destroyed and the ciphertext becomes unreadable.

Is the decision auditable?

Yes. Every check produces an immutable audit log entry plus a downloadable RPT-001 PDF that lists every business rule that fired.
