What happens when I exceed my monthly check limit?

Your service continues uninterrupted. Overage charges apply at your plan's rate per additional check. You'll receive an email notification at 80% usage. KYC overage: £2.50/check (Growth), £1.00/check (Scale). KYB overage: £0.40/check (Growth), £0.15/check (Scale). AML overage: £0.20/screen (Growth), £0.08/screen (Scale).

What is KYA (Know Your Agent)?

Know Your Agent is TrustVerify's AI governance framework, pioneering the UK Know Your Agent standard. It detects prompt injection attacks (PromptGuard-2), issues Digital Agent Certificates (JWT-based), and produces a 12-point Agent Trust Score. Available on Scale and Enterprise. Aligned with EU AI Act Article 26 obligations from August 2026.

Do you offer a free trial?

Is the Escrow API included in all plans?

How does annual billing work?
