How it works

Three steps to a fraud-protected WooCommerce store.

Download & upload the plugin

Download the TrustVerify plugin (.zip) below, then upload it via WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate.

Enter your API key

Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Integrations → TrustVerify and paste your API key.

Choose your mode

Set the scoring mode (flag / hold) and configure your review and block score thresholds.

Checkout orders scored

Each order placed through your checkout is scored as it is placed, and its trust score and decision are added to the order. Orders you create in wp-admin or through the REST API are not scored.

Hold for review

In Hold mode, a risky order goes On hold when it is paid, instead of Processing, and waits there until you release it.

Configurable thresholds

Set your own review and high-risk thresholds. Orders at or below them are flagged or held; nothing is cancelled.

Fails safe

If TrustVerify cannot be reached or its answer cannot be read, the order is marked NOT SCORED and, in Hold mode, held like a risky order. It is never passed as approved, and checkout is never blocked.

Plugin settings

Configure the plugin via WooCommerce → Settings → Integrations → TrustVerify.
